The Maharaj Villa located at Seminyak Bali within walking distance of the famous La Luciola restaurant and the Oberoi beach, this villa is within easy striking distance of many of the islands hotspots such as the Living Room and Kudeta restaurant.
this villa has its own grounds containing a guesthouse, two-story main house, and a private sixteen-meter swimming pool. Prominent features of the house are its large open-air living room opening on the pool deck, providing an easy transition from indoors to out. Its large freeform swimming pool has an eye-catching shape, emphasizing and reinforcing the minimalist features of the villa. The décor is funky yet stylish, pulling a mix of elements together into a modern and youthful combination.
The two buildings feature a mix of stone, wood and marble flooring. High ceilings grace all the rooms with the focus of the complex being inwards toward the swimming pool. All the bedrooms feature air-conditioning, with fans decorating the ceilings within the open-air areas. A bathtub large enough for more than two looking out onto is own private garden is the focal point of the master bedroom. There are four full-sized bedrooms with queen-sized bed, all with en-suite bathrooms. Additional sleeping space is provided with the inclusion of a fifth bedroom featuring a single bed intended for use by children or nannies.

A full - time house manager - Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.
One full time cooks - Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cook will do all the market shopping.
Three maids - Responsible for housekeeping duties, taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property.
Four security guards - Their duties are to patrol the grounds and guard the entrance of the villas from dusk to dawn ensuring your security.
One gardener and pool attendant - Tending the pool, garden and the grounds of villas to ensure that those facilities are run smoothly during your visit.
